Chase Organics will continue to receive orders from the out of hours call centre which will be loaded into OPTIONS automatically. Postal orders from catalogues will be scanned directly into OPTIONS for charging and despatching as required.
Chase Organics will continue to manage the majority of products as stocked items, whilst selected products will continue to be drop shipped from multiple third party suppliers.
OPTIONS will manage Chase Organics' despatching of seasonal products whereby the customer only receives products at a certain time of the year depending on their geographical location.
The introduction of bar coding on despatch, interfaced to the courier system, will support accurate and efficient order despatching. The courier interface will also permit OPTIONS users to access order delivery status information as part of Chase Organics' on-line customer services.
Chase Organics' HDRA (Henry Doubleday Research Association) membership and benefits affiliation will also be managed by OPTIONS.

Options Software Australia Pty Ltd's offices based in Sydney officially opened on 24th October 2005. Marketing activities initiated earlier in the year have received an overwhelming response. User sites will be implemented throughout Australasia with an initial focus on Australia and New Zealand.
Options Software Australia Pty Ltd is headed by Ben Tesoriero previously based in the UK for the last two years.

Options' New UK Offices
Sustained growth and subsequent recruitment activities have led to Options outgrowing premises located in Thame Town Centre. The new offices located on the outskirts of Thame, better accommodate the Options team, in particular the OPTIONS Customer Response Centre, responsible for providing users with telephone support and remote diagnostics. The new premises also provide better presentation and training facilities for new and existing OPTIONS users.
