About Options Mail Order Software Ltd The Options Management Team are supply chain specialists, who, through the company which they formed in 1981 supplied bespoke systems to major international companies such as Pentax and Cadbury Schweppes. In the mid 80s these systems were packaged and sold to worldwide multi-nationals such as Pirelli, Hotpoint, Lucas, Raleigh and Unilever. As part of the company’s development, the European rights to a mail order management system were acquired in the mid 90s. Experience of supporting this product showed a significant market existed for a modern, flexible and robust mail order management system, and accordingly Options was formed in 1996 to develop the OPTIONS Mail Order Management System. OPTIONS System Development As a company, Options’ ethos is to maintain a high level of on-going investment in product development. The system continues to evolve with regular system upgrades for users. Recent new releases include OPTIONS Contact Management including system generated and user produced customer e-mail correspondence, a major upgrade to support Business-to-Business sales, and the development of OPTIONS Credit Card Security released earlier this year, which is now helping many OPTIONS users to reduce losses through fraudulent transactions.
