which include:
- If required, Customisation to satisfy a user's unique operational requirements
- User training in all operational and system administration procedures
- Programmatic data take-on of master reference data (for example, customers, products,
etc) and historical trading information to support on-going marketing and customer
services
- Implementation assistance to help users with the preparation for putting their OPTIONS systems live
Post Installation Services
On-going support which includes:
- Commitment to respond to support calls within four working hours
- Remote diagnostics
- Monthly analysis of support activities and status
- Consultancy and system developments specific to a user's post installation requirements
