OPTIONS Retail is an EPOS system for customer present
sales channels, such as shops and warehouse outlets.
It is fully integrated with the OPTIONS Mail Order
System for multi-sales channel direct marketing organisations.

- Fulfilment of retail sales through OPTIONS Mail
Order if inventory is not available in the retail outlet

Data entry is by touch screens, bar code scanning and optional keyboard.
To ensure enterprise wide consistency in operational procedures, data structures
and presentation of customer services, marketing, merchandising and financial policies,
optionally variable by retail outlet, are maintained at the
OPTIONS user’s head office.
