The form of the marketing contact is defined when the customers are extracted from
the database.
- Campaign profiles specify product prices, promotions, discounts and carriage charges
to be applied to customers’ responses to the campaign.
- User defined demographics can be associated with the campaign to collect additional
marketing data against customers’ responses, which can be user analysed to refine
future marketing campaigns.
- Standard management reports provide feedback on campaign effectiveness by analysing
enquiry to sales conversions and sales performance.
- Any number of marketing campaigns can be run concurrently.
