The form of the marketing contact is defined when the customers are extracted from
the database.
- Campaign profiles specify product prices, promotions, discounts and carriage charges
to be applied to customers’ responses to the campaign.
- User defined demographics and system tracking of sales and enquiries give precise
feedback on campaign effectiveness, facilitating the refinement of subsequent marketing
activities to increase the return on the marketing investment.
